The events of September 11, 2001, changed the people and therefore the entire United States forever. We saw 19 men attack us and murder our families, friends and loved ones right here in our own country with a magnitude we never before imagined. By a joint resolution approved December 18, 2001, by the Congress and as proclaimed by President Bush, September 11, of each year is designated as "Patriot Day."After the attacks on 9/11, the words defending our country took on new meaning as we began an offensive move which continues today to protect and insure the future freedoms of the families of this United States America.On Patriot Day, please take time for prayer in remembrance of the innocent victims, and pay tribute to the valiant men and women who risked their lives during that time so others would live. Thank God for the thousands who stand strong daily in their service to our country to protect and insure our lifestyle and freedoms.

School Buses and Terrorists

I just want to inform you folks of something I heard on the Glenn Beck show. I say this not to alarm anyone or to cause a panic. I want to stay informed and make people aware.

He stated that there is something going on with our schools and there are are Arabic men who are going around the country buying old school buses, ambulances and police vehicles. The thought is that these Muslim / Islamic fanatics will try to terrorize our schools.

Here is the advisory: If you here of a school in your area being threatened by terrorist, calmly and collected, contact your school and notify your child's school that he has an appointment and you are coming to pick him or her up. Then do so.

If the threat is at your child's school, obey your local authorities and do not, I repeat DO NOT go to your child's school. Let the first responders do their job. The murderers are trying to pull you in. You have all seen when there is trouble at a school, all the lookie lous come out and large crowds surround the scene wanting to get a closer look. Please do not be sucked into their ploy. I know you want to rescue your child, and you want to get them out of harm's way. But, we need to let the authorities do their job.

Please be aware and not afraid. Please monitor your local news for reports in your area.

Please be in prayer. Pray that these evil fanatics will be foiled and not succeed with their evil plans.

Slander Against General Petraeus

Just when you think the Democrats and their three ring travelling side show couldn't get any freakier, they open their mouths and walk right in their own lips. I am blown away by the recent ads put out by Moron.Org, I won't mention their distasteful and slanderous name on this blog. You know, you have seen the ads. They attack General Petreus even before he opened his mouth.

Ted Kennedy the drunken Senator from Massachusetts, took time from his 3 Martini lunch, to spew more of venomous poison to the drive-by media. This drunk murderer spouted off that the Honorable General would only praise himself.

Only people with honor work out of Massachusetts any way, right Bill Belechik? "ouch!"

Back to the point...This man has had incredible success in Iraq and all these nay saying Demos can say is "He is a puppet of President Bush!" "He is only going to say what a success the Surge is". Gen Petraeus said their is success but there is still work to do. Don't we get it? Don't we see that the Demos want us to fail. Don't we get it that Chuck "The Schmuck" Shumer (who is a traitor not only to his party, but to the American people as well) and all the deceivers in the Democratic Party and the Moron.org demon seeds are supporting the terrorists.

They don't understand that Muslim and Islamic people want us who do not believe in their homicidal religion to die. I want to drive them to the nearest pig farm and throw them in the pig slop.

I believe that the government needs to untie the hands of our American Troops and let them take the murderers out. You are either for us or you are targets. No middle ground, no fence sitting. Help us defeat these terrorists or die with them. Obama and Clinton need to leave. Leave the country, leave the continent, leave the planet. You are not for the American people and I believe that the American people are tired of your duplistic natures. That they do not want people who support the terrorist, like Obama does. They don't want people who undermine and speak lies and distort the truth like Hillary does.

The Democrats need to denounced the lies against Petraeus and publicly state that they no longer will take support from Moron.org. Then the idiots from moron.org need to be loaded into a plane in the middle of the night then drop them off in downtown Baghdad and tell them to find their own way back. ...but don't ask a soldier for help unless he wears a turban.

I do pray that our country will fight this terrorist war to win. It is okay to want to win. I troop deserve nothing less.

Struggling With Sin

In this day and age it is very hard to keep our ways pure. Every where you look there is some add with a scantily clad woman or some innocent show you are watching and then boom, there is a couple groping each other, or you go through the check out line and "bam" there are adds with women half dressed. Your child is innocently researching some information on the Internet and "wham", a pornographic add pops up on their screen. Immorality is invading our culture and our home and it seems like we have become numb to this fact. We will excuse these things as harmless. Well they didn't really do anything, or she was covered, or... you know the rest.

I believe with all my heart that when we allow even theses so called "PG-13" images into our eyes and minds that we slowly give the enemy ground. And slowly we become anesthetized to its effects. We begin to tolerate what we once thought was shocking. We begin to need more to stimulate our minds, and slowly ever so slowly they raise the temperature until we are in essentially dead. We even put ourselves in danger of becoming spiritually dead.

I know right now some of you are thinking, that is just you overreacting. That those people who become hooked on these images, programs, sites, magazines, etc. is just weak willed people. I would challenge you to monitor for one month, what you watch. Write down in a journal, what programs you deem as acceptable. See what movies you allow yourselves to view. Ask yourselves would you want yourself or your family members to act, dress, or do the things they see in these media genres.

I would also challenge you to ask yourself, am I problems in my home. Do I have any "secret sins" that no one knows about? Am I living a double life? The Bible says "you cannot serve two masters. You will the one and hate the other." If we are serving our sin, then how can we serve our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ? I am not meaning to preach at anyone. When I point a finger at someone, I am also pointing at myself. Brothers I urge you to seek your hearts. Do I want Jesus to rule my life? Do I really want him there? Will I allow to to walk in any room of my life and freely give Him access. Or is there a secret room? A room where only you can go and be alone with your "secret sins". Jesus you can go in any room you want, but...

The great lie from the great liar is that we can live these double lives and know one gets hurt. I am here to tell you that is a LIE!!! If you have this kind of life and even if you think no one is hurting, you have just given ground to Satan. You have given him access into your "home".
Where Satan is Jesus will not abide. Brothers ask yourselves this one question: If you have not or are not submitting to the authority of Jesus Christ, then how can you expect your wife, son, or daughter, to respect your authority over them? You need to be in line with the authority of God, meaning your heart, soul, body and mind have to be in line with God, before you can expect the same of your family.

Brothers before you ask where does he come off, I just want to say like those old Hair Club For Men ads, "I am not only the CEO of HCFM, but I am a client as well." I know of what I am saying here. My hearts desire is that we can be right with God. That we not simply just talk about God, but we live Him as well. It is too easy to give lip service and play church on Sunday. We need to get right with God. We need to spur each other on to the goal.

Brothers I will close in saying I need other like minded brothers who want more than life itself to walk closer with God. I know that there are other Christian brothers who need the same. My prayer is that we have this in the church today. Please be in prayer also.

No More WWE for ME

I am deeply hurt right now. I have to admit a secret pleasure in watching the circus event known as World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE). I used to watch RAW and Saturday's Main event, but after seeing recently I have had to check my heart and conscience and I have concluded that I can no longer watch it.

I realize that this type of wrestling is fake, but it is athletic in their movements and admit it guys, it is like a male version of soap operas. The continuing story lines keeps us hooked. It kept me hooked. I was only interested in the wrestling and the amazing leaps and jumps, and stunts required to pull of these moves, but their are parts I would just turn away from or the channel for that matter. Wait for it to pass and continue viewing.

But this Saturday evening, after not having watched this WWE for some time. I do not have cable and the basic channel I was watching from no longer carried the show, I stopped watching. But this Saturday I watched the Main Event and was stunned at what I heard and saw. The man on my left said something that rocked me to my socks. He dared called himself the "King of Kings" and he said it more than once. I cannot begin to tell how much my spirit grieved over hearing this. Jesus Christ is the only Kings of Kings. Not some beefed up wrestler who is definitely not the King of Kings. I also know that this WWE enjoys pushing the envelope, but if they were to look at the recent deaths of some of their popular wrestlers, they would see at what cost they are paying to push those envelopes. Drugs and debauchery are rampant in Entertainment Wrestling - all for the mighty buck.

I am saddened also that these guys are willing to blaspheme in order to make more money. That they would promote evil and lies to pursue the mighty dollar. Jesus is the King of Kings, Jesus is the Lord of Lords and I will not support his name being mocked in the name of entertainment. I will pray for these men to receive Christ into their lives.

I pray that the Lord will use men like Steve Borden (a.k.a. "Sting") to reach Wrestlers who are need the power of the Gospel in their lives.

Please pray that Steve will receive the power and blessing of the Holy Spirit to reach these men and women.

Picture an all white chess board. The boards is your soul and as we sin a square is darkened. In the middle of that board is our stronghold of bitterness. As we lust a square is darkened, or we have doubts a square is darkened, anxiety, fear, bad habits, self rejection, anger, etc.

Until our very souls are covered with ground that we have surrendered to Satan.

Scripture gives us a very clear Steps of Action:

1. Confess the sin of bitterness - Hebrews 12:15; I John 1:9 Bitterness defiles our souls.

2. Ask God to regain surrendered ground - Psalm 23:3

3. Tear down strongolds with truth - II Corinthians 10:4-5 Lost ground can be regained.

4. Show mercy by forgiving your offender - Matthew 6:14-15

Bitterness defiles our souls.

Bitterness weakens our souls. Psalms 106: 15

Lost ground can be regained.

Understand the meaning of mercy. In the parable of the unjust steward, the debtor did not plead for mercy; he simply asked for an extension of time. "...Lord, have patience with me, and I will pay thee all." (Matthew 18:26)

The lord delivered him to the tormentors so he could come to the realization that he would never be able to pay back his debt. If he would plea for mercy, the lord would forgive him the entire debt. Then, having experienced mercy, he would be to show mercy to his offenders.

It Belongs to the Master

We are in a world today where we are consumed with owning more. We must have the newest toy, or the latest widget, or the trendiest cars or clothes. Where are our priorities? Church where is our compassion? Why are we caught up in worrying, and in anger and bitterness? There is freedom is Jesus. The Bible say "He whom Jesus has set free, is free indeed!!!" (emphasis added by me) The "things" we have are not ours anyway. The home, clothes, cars, everything, they all belong to him.

Think about Abraham. He finally was blessed with a son, from Sarah. As God had promised and delivered. Then God asks Abraham to sacrifice his Son. Did God want Abraham to kill his son? We all know he didn't want him to physically do it, but he wanted Abraham obey without question and in his heart his was totally committed to sacrifice Jacob. I think we need to have the same heart. Do we not trust in God? Do we not believe that we can thank God in all circumstances, good or bad. That our Creator will not forsake us. Is our heart right. Do we understand that we are merely caretakers of God's possession.

My prayer is that I would be right with God and that I would trust in Him, the Lord Jesus. I pray that I would be Godly example to my family as a father. That I would be a Godly husband, a man who is sold out to God, 100%, no questions asked. I pray that I would be example to others in my community and in my church. That the love and light of Jesus would shine through me. I don't want to be a fake, phony, lukewarm Christian. I want Jesus and the Kingdom of God to be my number one priority. I believe I have to realize this week, that the trappings of this world are temporal and have no real value to me anymore. There is something very freeing in knowing that. I want to live for Jesus and I want other to know of his great mercy and love and share with them the gift of the Gospel.

Utah Miners

Please pray for the Utah Miners. Please pray that they are safe and that they will soon be found alive. To date as this post goes out, there has been no sign of the trapped miners. The small camera that was lowered down through the hole found nothing. This has to be hard on the families of those trapped. Waiting to hear any news at all, hearing that the original hole was off target, than the long excruciating hours until the rescue crew could reach the right area, only to find nothing in the mine area. Please pray for these families and that future safe guards will be put into place to prevent these mines from collapsing in the future.

May God give wisdom and guidance to the rescue crews as they continue to valiantly search for the trapped men inside this Utah mine. God may these men be found alive and well. May your hand guide the rescue attempt and may it be swift. Lord we pray these things in Jesus name.
Amen.

The man above is the owner of the mine, please pray for him and that the Lord would work in his heart to make corrections in future mines and to implement proper safety measures. May God bring peace to his heart as well.

The former Speaker of the House from Georgia openly and strongly criticized fellow Republicans for not having addressed the very real threats facing the United States from Islamofascist groups and rogue nations which are all supported and sustained by our own petrodollars.

The preceeding was from Mr. Gingrich has stated some provactive thoughts. Has he betrayed the party for his own political gain. He is considering running for the 2008 elections. Or is he giving the Republican right a wake up call. The current batch of so-called conservative candidates are giving the right much to cheer about lately. Is Newt giving us some tuff love to snap this once great party back into life?

Maybe so. I personally do not agree with Mr. Gingrich's line about losing and for calling this war a phony way. However, I do wonder why President Bush isn't sending our troops in to kick some tail and take some name? Why has it been 6 years and a bunch of murdering cowards are running the show?

I think the current surge is working. I think it will take some time to relize the success. I think we need to stop looking for a "quick fix" and look to some long term goals. I think Newt is being political and putting out a sound byte for his own political gain.

Mr. Gingrich, just between you and I, what are your motives?

Where are the Real Christians

My brothers and sisters I have to ask: Why are we allowing ourselves to be led astray by the world? Why do we care more about our toys and having fun then we do for those who are lost and destined to go to hell?

I am blown away by how easy I am tempted by the world to buy more, satisfy my desires, get more "stuff". If I have the most toys I will win. Brothers and sisters we are being decieved by this demonic view. Satan is licking his fat chops and thinking I sure do not have to do much. We are so fooled and I wonder when we will wake up and smell the coffee? We have no problem in spending endless hours playing video games or going on getting ourselves all dolled up, but ask someone to spend some time in prayer or things of God's kingdom and those same people say I am burned out, or I am stretched too thin do work for His Glory.

Wake up sleeper!! Wake up church, the harvest is ready and God is wondering where the workers are.

I heard of a church in Iraq called St. Georges. This church is centered in the middle of the most hostile, anti-Christian community on the planet. And these people hunger, and meet regularly for prayer meetings and church services. These people will be killed or kidnapped and tortured if they are found out and still they come. And still these people, brothers and sisters in Christ Jesus, come and they worship, praise and pray to Christ Jesus. Why oh Why can't we in the greatest country in the world, where we are free to worship without fear of being harassed or killed and we cannot make the time?

I love Christ and I love my brothers and sister in the Lord at my local church, but I ask this question.

Global Whining

The left is bound and determined to have the entire world hugging trees and kissing squirrels. There is not one shred of real evidence to substantiate these ridiculous claims of global warming. Don't start that car of yours it will hurt the environment. Meanwhile Al Gore shows up to a global whining concert in his own private jet. How big is that carbon footprint. How about the huge mess these so called friends of the earth made during that concert? How did that help the environment?

This is all a big hoax put on by the left wing and their drive-by media. The media right now has not put out a true story since we cannot remember when. I would challenge anyone to produce real honest to God evidence of global warming. I challenge any tree hugging, whale saving, left wing nut job to be real for a second and produce evidence. They can't. Al Gore you are disgrace to this country. You rant and yell and wave your fat little finger at President Bush and scream that he is a liar. I say to you Al, that you need to get your head out of the clouds and see yourself for who you really are. A jealous little boy who lost the election and is using whatever tactics he can to throw mud at our President. You lost get over it. You should be thrown in jail for treason and for giving aide and comfort to the enemy. You are a lunatic who should be locked away in a padded cell. Along with the rest of your cronies.

Global warming or climate change as they now try to sell this fake bill of goods under another name, is a fraud, a sham a great big hoax. Don't buy into their medicine freak show. My prayer is that the American people will show they are much smarter than the Democratic left gives us credit for. That we can proclaim to them that "the emperor is not wearing any clothes" and this is a sham.

Democrats seem to aide Taliban

Why are the Democrats helping the Taliban win the war in Iraq? Why won't they let our brave soldiers win the war? Are they so hungry for power that they are blinded to the realities of what is happening over there? Every time they call for withdrawal of the troops they encourage the terrorists. It seems to me that the Left Wingers and the country as a whole have forgotten what happened in 9/11. That Islamic fanatics flew commercial airliners into the Twin Towers and the Pentagon and a large field in Pittsburgh. Thousands of innocent Americans lost their lives that day. And if our troops were not over there fighting these nut jobs, they would be over here killing us.

People have forgotten that President Bush said before one foot was ever placed into Iraqi sand, that it would not be easy. They it would take time, that it would be hard fought. But the cost of doing nothing would be worse. Now the these crazy left wing, tree hugging global whining, Democrats are squealing like pig-tailed little girls and saying we are losing the war. Get a grip!!!
Get your head out of the sand and give the American fighting men and women a chance to win this thing. Unbind their hands and let them unleash the power and might of the American arsenal. Their will be collateral damage. There is no way to avoid it. But the big picture is that these terrorist will be eliminated. It is time to release the dogs of war and let them get the job done. It is criminal to keep these troops over there and not let them fight to win.

We have the power, we have the troops, we have the ability to win, let them win. The Iraqi people deserve to have peace in their land. These nut jobs deserve a to buried in a hole in the ground.

The Wacked Out Left

What is up with the Democrats today? Why won't they let our soldiers fight and win this war in Iraq? Why won't they wake up and smell the coffee? How come they and most of our country, I am sad to report, have forgotten the insane attacks on the Two Towers in 9/11/01? They murdered thousands. Did you hear that? THOUSANDS of innocent Americans who were going about their daily lives, had them snuffed out by some idiots wearing turbans and brandishing box cutters. They flew planes into buildings and people died. Where is their justice? Where are their trials? Those people in GITMO have no rights! They deserve no justice. They deserve to be held in a cage until we find those behind all the attacks.



President Bush why won't you let these soldiers fight to win? It seems like we are holding back, afraid of the public backlash if they make an error. I say, oh well. Colateral damage is an avoidable fact of war. It is way past time to release the dogs of war. If we are going to keep our men and women over there, we owe it to them to allow them to win the war. We are the United States of America. The most powerful country in the world. And we are letting these religious fanatics.

We owe it to these brave men and women to allow them the oppurtunity to win this war. You can't negotiate peace until we quell the violence. We need to remove the ridiculous and dangerous rules of engagement. The Iraqi people need to get of their rears and start standing up for themselves. The current government shamfully ended thier current congressional session. This is crminal. They need to arrested and made to see their vacations are being bought with the blood of our American Troops.
